EU-compliant return policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason. This applies to goods that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless the nature of the product or packaging prevents this (e.g., hygiene-sealed products).
Conditions for Returns
The returned product must be in a resaleable condition — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product has been used, opened, or its condition has deteriorated, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the costs of returning the product unless we have agreed to cover these costs. We recommend returning items with a tracking number.
How to Return
Please contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@nordicart.fi before returning any product. We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund your payment within 14 days using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Exceptions to Return Rights

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., customized items).

Hygiene-sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Uncollected Packages
If you do not collect your package, it will not be treated as a return. We are not obligated to refund the order and will charge a handling fee of €15. If you want the package resent, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please check your products immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We do not accept returns without prior notification.
